Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for model parameter testing of electrochemical energy storage stations (referred to as "energy storage stations") used in power system stability analysis, including electromagnetic transient simulation model testing and verification, electromechanical transient simulation model parameter testing and verification, and medium- and long-term dynamic simulation model parameter testing and verification. This document is applicable to model parameter testing of newly built, modified, and expanded energy storage stations connected to the grid at voltages of 10(6) kV and above.
