Scope

Scope: This document specifies the definitions and terms, raw material requirements, production processes, quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, transportation, and storage for the production of dried daylilies (hereinafter referred to as "dried daylilies") under the brand "Xiangjiangyuan". This document applies to the production of dried daylilies. Main technical content: (1) This document specifies the definitions and terms, raw material requirements, production processes, quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, transportation, and storage for the production of dried daylilies under the brand "Xiangjiangyuan". (2) This document references the relevant provisions of DB43/253-2005 "Shaodong Daylilies", T/NTJGXH005-2017 "Technical Regulations for Hot Air Drying Processing of Daylilies", and DB4116T017-2020 "Technical Regulations for Dried Daylilies Processing", and formulates the production process and parameters of dried daylilies. To highlight the high standard requirements of the "Xiangjiangyuan" brand for product quality, the sensory quality indicators in this standard are set in accordance with the requirements for first-grade products in DB43/253-2005, and the physical and chemical indicators are set in accordance with DB43/253-2005. The quality and safety indicators are formulated in accordance with the relevant requirements of GB 2762-2017 "National Food Safety Standards - Limit of Contaminants in Food" and GB 2763-2019 "National Food Safety Standards - Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food". Additionally, considering the widespread problem of sulfur fumigation during the drying process of daylilies, this standard includes requirements for sulfur dioxide residue, with the limit set in accordance with DB43/253-2005.
