This standard specifies the methods for performance testing of power station boilers that burn coal, oil, gas (mainly natural gas), and biomass fuels, including qualification tests, acceptance tests, and routine tests. The scope of application of this standard is as follows: a) Applicable to power station boilers with a steam flow rate of not less than 35 t/h, a steam pressure of not less than 3.8 MPa, and a steam temperature of not less than 440℃; b) Applicable to boiler performance tests conducted for other purposes (including combustion adjustment, fuel changes, and equipment improvements); c) Performance tests of power station boilers burning other fuels can be carried out in accordance with this standard. This standard is not applicable to performance tests of nuclear power station steam generators, nor to performance tests of waste heat boilers and waste incineration boilers.
