GB/T 23934-2015 Hot formed helical compression springs—Technical Requirement
Abstract
This standard specifies the materials, structural types, spring characteristics, tolerances, manufacturing requirements, and testing methods for ordinary cylindrical helical compression springs (hereinafter referred to as "springs") that have been hot-rolled and heat-treated after forming from round-section steel rods. Springs with special requirements for applications such as railways can be used as reference. This standard applies to springs with the following size ranges. For springs exceeding these size ranges, the supplier and the buyer may consult and adopt it as a reference: -- Free height: ≤900 mm; -- Winding ratio: 3~12; -- Height-to-diameter ratio: 0.8~4; -- Effective number of coils: ≥3 coils; -- Pitch: ＜0.5D; -- Material diameter: 8 mm~60 mm; -- Spring diameter: ≤460 mm.
