Abstract
This standard specifies the pretreatment and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry determination methods for the residues of 16 quinolone antibiotics in aquaculture water.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the residues of 16 antibiotics, including enrofloxacin, norfloxacin, pefloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, sarafloxacin, enoxacin, lomefloxacin, nalidixic acid, oxolinic acid, fluoroquinolone, danofloxacin, difloxacin, obicin, sparfloxacin, and fluroxacin, in aquaculture water.
