Abstract
This standard specifies the operating conditions, system composition, and technical requirements of auxiliary power supply systems for locomotives and rolling stock, as well as the technical requirements for components, inspection methods, and inspection rules.
This standard applies to railway trains towed by electric locomotives or diesel locomotives, power-centralized EMUs (except for auxiliary power generators), power-distributed EMUs, metro and light rail electric units. Engineering vehicles may refer to and implement it accordingly.
