Abstract
This document establishes the general principles for the construction and management of recycled resource sorting centers, provides a classification of recycled resource sorting centers, stipulates the capacity requirements, construction requirements, and management requirements for recycled resource sorting centers, and describes the corresponding verification methods.
This document is applicable to the construction and management of recycled resource sorting centers for waste steel, waste non-ferrous metals, waste paper, waste plastics, waste rubber, waste glass, waste textiles, discarded large-sized furniture, and discarded electrical and electronic products. Other categories may refer to this document for implementation.
This document is not applicable to the dismantling activities of discarded electrical and electronic products and scrapped motor vehicles and ships.
