GB/T 15400-2018 Determination of tryptophan in feeds
Abstract
This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography and spectrophotometry methods for determining the tryptophan content in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of tryptophan in feed raw materials, compound feed, concentrated feed, and supplementary feed. The quantitative limit of high-performance liquid chromatography is 0.02%; when the maximum sample weighing amount is 700 mg and the dilution factor of the hydrolysis solution is 25 times, the quantitative limit of spectrophotometry is 0.04%.
