GB/T 24821-2009

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, and user instructions for dining tables and chairs. This standard applies to freestanding, movable dining tables and chairs (including stools, hereinafter the same) made of materials such as wood, metal, glass, and stone, intended for indoor dining in homes or commercial establishments. Products made of other materials may be referenced for implementation. This standard does not apply to foldable dining tables and chairs, or those integrated with tables and chairs, nor to children's dining tables and chairs, or tables with electric rotating trays.
