Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of second-hand goods, second-hand business, etc., the classification of second-hand goods, quality appraisal methods, and quality assurance.
This standard applies to the sale of second-hand goods.
Items that are not allowed to be sold as second-hand goods include: stolen goods, criminal tools, and other items suspected of being illegal; other items whose sale or franchising is expressly prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
