GB/T 6109.14-2008 Enamelled round winding wire—Part 14:Polyamide-imide enamelled round copper wire,class 200
Abstract
This part of GB/T 6109 specifies the requirements for Class 200 enameled copper wires based on polyamide-imide resin. Class 200 indicates the thermal rating, which requires a minimum temperature index of 200 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 220℃. The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not the recommended operating temperature for enameled wires, as it depends on many factors, including the type of equipment used. The nominal diameter range of conductors specified in this part is: — Class 1: 0.071 mm and above, 1.600 mm and below; — Class 2: 0.071 mm and above, 0.500 mm and below. The nominal diameter of conductors is in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T 6109.1—2008.
