Abstract
This standard applies to the essential oil obtained from the flowering or non-flowering aerial parts of Asian peppermint (Mentha arvensis L. var. glabrata Holmes) by steam distillation, and then to the food additive Asian peppermint essential oil obtained by freezing and removing part of the menthol.
