GB/T 10357.2-2013 Test of mechanical properties of furniture—Part 2:Stability of chairs and stools
Abstract
This part of GB/T 10357 specifies two stability test methods for straight-back chairs and stool-type furniture: the test method and the calculation method. The force application methods and force application parts specified by these two test methods are the same, and the test results obtained are equivalent.
This part is applicable to various straight-back chairs and stool-type furniture used in homes, hotels, restaurants, and other occasions, as well as recliners adjusted to a straight-back state and seats with adjustable backrests.
This part is not applicable to multi-seat chairs and other multi-purpose chairs, as well as recliners adjusted to a reclining state and seats with adjustable backrests.
