Abstract
This standard specifies the test methods for 11 indicators of sodium tripolyphosphate used in industry (including the food industry), including whiteness, total phosphorus pentoxide, different forms of phosphate, water-insoluble substances, calcination loss, iron content, pH, particle size, apparent density, nitrogen oxides, and Type I content. This standard is applicable to the determination of indicators for sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate products used in industry (including the food industry).
