Abstract
This part specifies the dynamic test methods and acceptance conditions for the front-mounted protective devices of narrow-track wheeled tractors in agriculture and forestry. This part is applicable to pneumatic tire tractors with two axles, whose ground clearance at the lowest points of the front and rear axles is not greater than 600 mm; for tractors equipped with larger-sized tires on the front or rear wheels, whether the wheelbase is fixed or adjustable, the minimum wheelbase shall not exceed 1,150 mm; the unladen mass of the tractor (including the protective device and the maximum tire provided by the manufacturer) shall be greater than 600 kg and less than 3,000 kg.
