Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for the operation and maintenance of refrigeration, electrical, and water supply and drainage systems in cold storage facilities, as well as the management and maintenance of warehouse buildings and corresponding equipment and facilities, and the requirements for food storage management.
This standard applies to cold storage facilities for storing meat, poultry, eggs, aquatic products, and fruits and vegetables. Cold storage facilities for storing other goods may refer to this standard for implementation.
