Abstract
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for forged alloy steel work rolls used in cold rolling of metals.
This document applies to forged alloy steel cold rolling work rolls and intermediate rolls (hereinafter referred to as cold rolling rolls) used in cold rolling mills for metal plates (strips) and other materials. Cold rolling rolls manufactured by other methods can also be implemented with reference to this document.
