This document applies to the treatment and disposal process of waste lubricants from all sources except "petroleum extraction, natural gas extraction, and the manufacture of refined petroleum products" in the category "HW08 Waste Mineral Oil and Mineral Oil-Containing Waste" listed in the National Hazardous Waste List (2021 Edition).
