Abstract
This document provides an evaluation method for the total ionization dose effect, single-particle effect, and displacement damage effect of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) devices used in spacecraft. This document is applicable to the radiation effect evaluation of COTS devices used in low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellites. COTS devices used in spacecraft of other orbits can also refer to this document for use.
