GB/Z 17215.652-2022 Electricity metering data exchange—The DLMS/COSEM suite—Part 52:Communication protocols management distribution line message specification(DLMS)server
Abstract
This document provides all the specific information for managing DLMS servers according to the protocols described in GB/T 17215.631-2018, IEC TS 6205641:1998, and GB/Z 17215.651-2022. The server is fully consistent with the DLMS model (see DL/T 790.441-2004) in all aspects, with the following exceptions: -- These protocols are mandatory for accessing all actual devices; -- It uses a predefined address in the form of a specific service access point (TSAP = "0000000000") of the application layer transport sublayer as described in GB/Z 17215.651-2022. Therefore, in the supporting specification that follows the ASN.11 standard conventions, the server can be described as a VDE "communication protocol management DLMS server" to align with the ASN.1 standard. This document is fully consistent with the recommendations of Part 1 of the DLMS companion standard on remote meter reading. 1) ASN: Abstract Syntax Notation One.
