Abstract
This document describes the methods for determining sulfate, chloride, fluoride, cyanide, nitrate (calculated as N), sulfide, phosphate, ammonia (calculated as N), nitrite (calculated as N), iodide, and perchlorate in drinking water, as well as the methods for determining sulfate, chloride, fluoride, cyanide (using isonicotinic acid pyrazolone spectrophotometry and isonicotinic acid barbituric acid spectrophotometry), nitrate (calculated as N), sulfide, phosphate, ammonia (calculated as N), nitrite (calculated as N), and iodide in source water. This document is applicable to the determination of inorganic non-metallic indicators in drinking water and/or source water.
