Abstract
This standard specifies the methods for determining the total, soluble, and insoluble dietary fiber in food, as well as the method for determining the insoluble dietary fiber in plant-based foods.
This standard applies to the determination of total, soluble, and insoluble dietary fiber in plant-based foods and their products, as well as the determination of insoluble dietary fiber in various plant-based foods and mixed foods containing plant-based foods.
The detection limits for the determination of total, soluble, and insoluble dietary fiber, as well as the method for determining insoluble dietary fiber, are all 0.1 mg.
