Abstract
This regulation stipulates the safety requirements that must be observed in the production (including design, manufacture, installation, modification, and maintenance), storage, transportation, distribution, and use of industrial oxygen and related gases.
This regulation applies to newly built, expanded, and modified units that use the deep freezing method to produce oxygen and related gases.
