Abstract
This standard specifies the technical content including the investigation of the spring pest source base of cotton leaf mites, systematic surveys of cotton fields, field surveys, predator surveys, forecasting methods, the division of the occurrence and damage period and the occurrence degree, and the statistics of damage losses, as well as the summary and reporting of forecasting data.
This standard is applicable to the field surveys and forecasting of cotton leaf mites in all cotton-producing regions of China.
