Abstract
This document describes the method for determining lincomycin, clindamycin, clindamycin phosphate, and pristinamycin in feed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. This document is applicable to the determination of lincomycin, clindamycin, clindamycin phosphate, and pristinamycin in compound feed, concentrated feed, concentrate supplements, and premixed feed additives. The detection limit of this document is 10 μg/kg, and the quantification limit is 40 μg/kg.
