Abstract
This standard specifies the general requirements for the transfer of transport documents in international freight forwarding, organizational and institutional management, document transfer (time, method, location, recipients, document handling during cargo delivery, electronic transfer), and regulations for lost, reissued, returned, or re-signed documents, as well as internal circulation and archiving.
This standard applies to enterprises in the international freight forwarding industry and related fields, and can also serve as a basis for document management in enterprises or management organizations.
