GB/T 10002.3-2011 Valves made of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC-U)for water supply
Abstract
This part of GB/T 10002 specifies the materials, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of PVC-U valves (hereinafter referred to as "valves") used for water supply, which are mainly made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and processed by molding.
This part applies to valves used in indoor or buried PVC pipe systems for water supply. The valves specified in this part are intended to be used with pipes that meet the requirements of GB/T 10002.1 and fittings that meet the requirements of GB/T 10002.2.
The valves specified in this part are suitable for pressure pipe systems used to transport drinking water and general-purpose water, with a water temperature not exceeding 45 °C.
