Abstract
This standard specifies the principle, sample preparation, and detection method for measuring the concentration and purity of nucleic acids in aqueous solutions using ultraviolet spectrophotometry. This standard is applicable to the detection of the concentration and purity of nucleic acids in aqueous solutions, and can be used for quantitative detection and purity analysis of nucleic acid samples in aqueous solutions with a concentration of 5 ng/μL or higher.
