Abstract
Except for the provisions described below, this chapter of GB/T 3883.1-2014 applies. Addition: This document applies to chainsaws used by a single person to cut wood. This document does not cover chainsaws used in combination with guide plates and splitting knives, nor does it cover any chainsaws used in other ways (such as with stands), or chainsaws used as fixed or portable tools. This document does not apply to: -- forestry chainsaws defined in GB/T 19726.2; or -- pole pruning saws.
