Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols, technical characteristics, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of heat meters.
This standard applies to the manufacture and inspection of heat meters that use water as the medium. When the medium used is other liquids, it can be implemented in accordance with this standard after obtaining the mass enthalpy and density parameters of the liquid.
