Abstract
This part specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, inspection rules, and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, and user manuals for hydrological measuring rods.
This part applies to measuring rods used for directly measuring water depth in open channels and tidal estuaries, as well as measuring rods used for suspending velocity measurement or sampling instruments such as velocity meters and samplers for point positioning purposes.
