Abstract
This standard specifies the design of the review plan for intellectual property reviews, the analysis of review objects, information retrieval, data organization, infringement risk diagnosis, innovation inspiration analysis, patent value evaluation, countermeasures and suggestions, report preparation, and the content, methods, and requirements for archiving and submitting results.
