Abstract
This standard specifies the characteristics, design, manufacture, and testing methods of temperature measurement devices in the reactor core and primary coolant loop of nuclear power plants.
This standard applies to thermometers used in the reactor core and primary coolant loop of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants, including thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs). Other types of nuclear power plants can refer to this standard for implementation.
