Abstract
This standard specifies the determination method of the residual amounts of furandont-ketone metabolites 5-methylmorpholine-3-amino-2-oxazolidinone (abbreviated as AMOZ), furazolidone metabolites aminoguanidine (abbreviated as SEM), furantoin metabolites 1-amino-2-oxazolidinone (abbreviated as AHD), and furazolidone metabolites 3-amino-2-oxazolidinone (abbreviated as AOZ) in casings by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of nitrofuran metabolite residues in casings.
