GB/T 7926-2015 NC reciprocating traveling type wire electrical-discharge machines—Testing of the accuracy
Abstract
This standard specifies the geometric accuracy inspection, the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the NC axis, and the processing inspection for NC wire EDM machines that are formed by a single cutting process. It also stipulates the allowable deviation values corresponding to the above inspections.
This standard also specifies the names of the main components of the machine and names the coordinate axes in accordance with GB/T 19660—2005.
This standard applies to NC wire EDM machines that are formed by a single cutting process, including single-column machines with a cross-table and double-column machines (hereinafter referred to as "machines").
