Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and the content of purchase orders (or contracts) for niobium bars. This standard applies to niobium bars produced by the carbon thermal reduction method. The products are used for the production of niobium powder, superconducting materials, additives for high-temperature alloy steel, and for electron beam melting niobium and niobium alloy ingots, etc.
