Abstract
This standard specifies the measurement and evaluation methods for determining the roundness and waviness errors of rolling bearing parts at specified locations using contact-type roundness measuring instruments based on the amount of radius change. This standard is applicable to the measurement and evaluation of roundness and waviness errors of various rolling bearing parts with a nominal outer diameter of 3 mm to 1,000 mm.
