Abstract
This part of GB/T 6730 specifies the method (the conventional method) for determining the total iron content by the reduction of titanium trichloride and potassium dichromate titration method.
This part is applicable to the determination of total iron content in natural iron ores, iron concentrates, and lump ores, including sintered ores and pellet ores. The determination range (mass fraction): 25% to 72%.
