Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, and calculation methods for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits of products of coal mining units, as well as energy-saving management and measures.
This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit of product of coal mining enterprises, and the energy consumption control of new enterprises.
