Abstract
This standard stipulates the principles of concluding electronic contracts, the business and process of concluding electronic contracts, identity registration, identity authentication, the business process and description of signing electronic contracts, the business process and description of querying, downloading, and verifying electronic contracts, auxiliary business processes of electronic contracts, and extension methods.
This standard applies to the construction and development of third-party electronic contract service platforms, as well as the activities of contracting parties, three parties, or multiple parties signing electronic contracts through third-party platforms. The business of concluding electronic contracts by other means can also be implemented with reference to this standard.
