Abstract
This part of GB/T 13738 specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage for small-sized black tea.
This part is applicable to small-sized black tea made from the buds, leaves, and tender stems of tea trees, through the processes of withering (smoked pine smoke), rolling, fermentation, drying (smoked pine smoke), and refined processing.
