This standard specifies the general requirements for passive radio frequency tags (hereinafter referred to as tags) operating in the frequency range of 840 MHz to 845 MHz and/or 920 MHz to 925 MHz, describes the corresponding test methods, provides quality assessment procedures, and covers aspects such as marking, packaging, transportation, and storage.
