GB/T 21359-2008 Stainless steel tube threaded couplings for the food and water industry
Abstract
This standard specifies the types and sizes, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and labeling, packaging, and storage of welded stainless steel threaded joints, limit-stop threaded joints, and limit-stop threaded joints for the water supply industry, as well as thrust-type stainless steel threaded joints used in the food industry. The stainless steel threaded joints specified in this standard are suitable for environments with a nominal size not exceeding DN100 and a nominal pressure not exceeding PN25; the stainless steel threaded joints for the water supply industry are suitable for environments with a nominal size not exceeding DN100 and a nominal pressure not exceeding PN16; unless there are special requirements, the working temperature of the joints shall generally not exceed 110℃. This standard applies to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of threaded joints for thin-walled stainless steel pipelines.
