GB/T 25100.2-2025 Information and documentation—The Dublin Core metadata element set—Part 2:DCMI properties and classes
Abstract
This document establishes a vocabulary of Dublin Core Metadata Terms (hereinafter referred to as "DCMI Metadata Terms") to enable cross-domain resource description. It includes all attributes and classes in the DCMI Metadata Terms main namespace (hereinafter referred to as "namespace terms/"), and relevant information can be found in the DCMI recommendation document "DCMI Metadata Terms" published in 2012 (DCMI-TERMS and Appendix A). These attributes and classes are identified by URI (see Appendix B) and are applied to linked data.
This document is applicable to the description of various resources in the context of information resource organization.
This document does not provide implementation guidelines. Typically, application frameworks restrict or specify the use of these elements according to local or community needs and policies.
