Abstract
This standard specifies the types and scope of energy measurement for thermal power generation enterprises, as well as the requirements for the provision and management of energy measurement instruments. This standard applies to thermal power generation enterprises such as coal-fired power generation, oil-fired power generation, and gas-fired power generation (hereinafter referred to as "energy-using units").
