GB/T 12236-2025 Steel swing check valve for petroleum,petrochemical and allied industries
Abstract
This document specifies the structural type, technical requirements, materials, test methods, inspection rules, marking and protection, packaging, transportation, and storage of steel swing check valves.
This document is applicable to bolt-connected valve covers, pressure self-tightening sealing valve covers with end flange connections or welded connections, and steel swing check valves designed, manufactured, and inspected for nominal sizes of DN50 to DN1200 and nominal pressures of PN16 to PN400, as well as nominal sizes of NPS2 to NPS48 and nominal pressures of Class 150 to Class 2500, suitable for temperatures ranging from -29°C to 550°C, and applicable media including oil, chemicals, natural gas, and related products.
