Abstract
This document specifies the primary frequency regulation performance and testing of grid-connected power sources.
This document is applicable to grid-connected power sources such as thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, gas turbine power generation, solar thermal power generation, pumped storage, wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, and energy storage stations that are connected to power systems with voltages of 35 kV and above. Other grid-connected power sources may refer to this document for implementation.
