GB/T 6060.3-2008 Surface roughness comparison specimen—Part 3:Spark-eroded,shot-blasted,grit-blasted,lapped,filed and polished surface
Abstract
This part of GB/T 6060 specifies the terms and definitions, manufacturing methods, surface characteristics, surface roughness parameter values, surface roughness evaluation, structural dimensions, processing textures, marking and packaging of comparative samples for surface roughness comparison in electrical discharge machining, shot (spray) peening, sandblasting, grinding, filing, and polishing. This part is applicable to comparative samples for surface roughness comparison in electrical discharge machining, shot (spray) peening, sandblasting, grinding, filing, and polishing. These comparative samples are used to compare with the surfaces of the tested parts that are made of the same material and processed by the same method, through tactile and visual means, in order to determine the surface roughness parameter values of the tested parts (hereinafter referred to as "comparative samples").
