Abstract
This standard specifies the measurement methods and evaluation of the vibration intensity of auxiliary machinery in ship engine rooms, such as steam turbine generators, diesel generators, compressors, pumps, ventilators, refrigerators, and motors. This standard is applicable to the measurement and evaluation of the vibration intensity of auxiliary machinery in ship engine rooms under normal operating conditions. This standard is not applicable to the identification of vibration sources, fault diagnosis, study of local vibration, or other research purposes.
