This standard specifies the basic requirements for safety technical prevention systems in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, the key parts and areas and their protection requirements, system technical requirements, safeguard measures, etc.
This standard is applicable to all types of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens (hereinafter referred to as schools), and other institutions or venues for centralized education and training of minors may refer to and implement it accordingly.
